WHAT IS AI FLUENCY

Most people have tried AI. Far fewer know how to work with it.

AI Fluency is the ability to use AI tools deliberately: knowing what to hand off, how to describe what you need, how to judge what comes back, and where the responsibility stays with you. It is a way of working, not a feature list, and it transfers from one tool to the next.

We teach it through the real work your team already does. Participants bring their own documents, policies and questions, and leave with finished artifacts, reusable prompts and the judgment to keep going without us.
